About This Book

Audience

The SAS Clinical Standards Toolkit and this book are designed for SAS programmers in the clinical research industry. Programmers must have a good understanding of the SAS macro language and must be knowledgeable of evolving industry data standards, such as the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC).

Requirements

This book does not attempt to provide instructions to install the SAS Clinical Standards Toolkit. It is assumed that the SAS Clinical Standards Toolkit has been successfully installed by a SAS Administrator and that the installation has been verified to be installed correctly and properly functioning.
