To delete
multiple folders, complete these steps in the
File Management window:
Note: Only advanced
users can delete multiple reports. If you have questions about your
authorization, contact your system administrator.

From the
Welcome window or Edit mode, select
FileManage Files to access the
File Management window.

Select
the check box next to each folder that you want to delete.

At the
top of the check box column, click
and then select
Delete.

In the
confirmation message box that appears, click
OK to delete the folders.
Note: You cannot
delete a folder that contains a report that is currently open.
