Delete a Report Schedule

To delete the report schedule using the Schedule Report Wizard, complete these steps:
  1. From the Welcome window or Edit mode, click Filethen selectManage Files to access the File Management window.
  2. Click View scheduled reports to open the List of Scheduled Reports dialog box.
  3. Next to any scheduled occurrence of the report or folder or reports that you want to delete, click actions icon in the Actions column, and then select Delete Schedule.
  4. In the confirmation message box that appears, click OK.
    Note: When you delete a schedule, all references to executing the schedule are also removed from the Occurrence, Status, Date/Time box.
  5. To close the List of Scheduled Reports dialog box, click Close.
Note: Only authorized users can delete reports that they have scheduled. If you have questions about your authorization, contact your system administrator.
