Overview of Performance-Related Configuration Settings

The following configuration settings can be used to optimize the performance of your metadata server:

the MAXACTIVETHREADS, THREADSMIN, and THREADSMAX options, which control the way that the metadata server uses threads. See Configuring the Number of Threads Used by the Metadata Server.
