To specify
the name and description, type the name and description in the appropriate
fields on the New Range page or the Range Properties page.

For each
interval in the range, type the interval value in the
Interval field, and click
Add Interval.
The interval
is added to the table of intervals. You can add the values in any
order; the software orders them correctly in the table.
Note: Valid input
includes a sign, digits, and a locale-dependent decimal separator.

For a
static gauge, in the
Code Interval column,
select a code interval from the drop-down list.
The available
intervals depend on the gauge.

In the
Interval column, select an operator from the drop-down
list, and type a value in the adjacent field.

In the
Label column, type the label.

For a
dynamic gauge, in the
Color column, click
and select a color.

To delete
an interval, click
next to the interval.

To validate
that the intervals are in the correct order after deleting an interval,
click
Validate.
