BL_PORT_MIN= Data Set Option

Sets the lowest available port number for concurrent uploads.

Valid in:	DATA and PROC steps (when accessing DBMS data using SAS/ACCESS software)
Default:	none
Requirements:	To specify this option, you must first set BULKLOAD=YES. To reserve a port range, you must specify values for both this option and the BL_PORT_MAX= option.

integer: specifies a positive integer that represents the lowest available port number for concurrent uploads.
