When single-alphanumeric keys are used as shortcuts, they are active only when the component in question has focus. Interactions such as this only occur in the Network View and the Time Slider.

The Software incorporates the Landmarks Dialog (Ctrl + F6) which enables users with limited manipulation to quickly navigate between sections of the application using only the keyboard. For more information, see the Accessibility Features documentation for the Software.

• Focus becomes undefined after claiming or releasing a task
• Content behind modal dialogs can be read with the screen reader virtual cursor, however when the virtual cursor is off, focus is constrained to the modal dialog
• It is not possible to back tab past the “Navigation bar menu” button and into the header.

• Some links do not contain discernible text.

This was evaluated using the mouse as the pointer. VI on mobile platforms is supported through another product.

• Some input fields and drop-down menus do not have accessible labels defined

• The focus indicator for some elements, including tab focused elements the top navigation menu, lacks sufficient contrast with the adjacent background color.
• Some icons in the Network View and Map View lack sufficient contrast with adjacent colors.
• The fill indicating the active page number in the page controls for an Alerts table lacks sufficient contrast with the adjacent background color.

Note: The software contains a High Contrast theme which partially supports the use of non-text contrast requirements.

Exceptions include:

• Tooltips for nodes in the Network View, Network Preview, and Workflow are not hoverable.
• Tooltips for events in the Timeslider are not hoverable and are not dismissible without moving the mouse or keyboard focus.

The software is a complex web application, and not a set of static pages. As such, there is explicitly only one way to do many of the paths of functionality within the software.

Exceptions include:

• The focus indicator for some elements lacks sufficient contrast with adjacent colors and is not visible.
• No focus indicator for message strip.

The software supports a user preference that enables users to customize the size and color of the focus indicator. For more information, see the Accessibility Features documentation for the Software.

• Some tables throughout the application use different underlying techniques to display content, even though they visually look the same, resulting in differences in how the tables are presented by screen readers.
