Take advantage of SUGI 30 to discover the excitement of Philadelphia and the
surrounding countryside.
These tours have been arranged by Roberts Event
Group Inc., who will operate a tour counter on-site in the SUGI Registration
area (Grand Hall – Pennsylvania Convention Center). Tickets will be available to pickup for pre-arranged reservations. Tickets may still be available on-site for some events (based on availability).

Register Early – Space is limited.
Registration closes March 26, 2005. Tours without minimum registration may be cancelled
at that time. Roberts Event Group will be responsible for notification and full refunds.
Refunds will be made following the conference.
Remittance may be made in full by Credit Card (Am Ex, Visa, MC) check or money order
payable to Roberts Event Group, in US dollars and drawn on a US Bank.
Registration confirmations will be sent by email.
All cancellations must be in writing and received by March 26.
All refunds due to guest cancellation will be given less $10.00 per ticket service fee. No
service fee will be charged for tours cancelled by Roberts Event Group.
No refunds will be given after March 26.
All tours depart from the Pennsylvania Convention Center on 12th Street between Arch and
Race Streets.
The tour desk is located in the conference registration area: the Grand Hall of the
Pennsylvania Convention Center. Please pick up tour tickets at this location. Staff will
answer tour questions and sell leftover tour tickets.
All tours are fully narrated, escorted and inclusive of fees and admissions. Meals are
included only where noted.
All tours will be given rain or shine.
