CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
To cancel your registration to SUGI30, please notify us in writing prior to
March, 28 2005 to receive a full refund. After March 28, the registration fee
is non-refundable. Cancellation requests may be sent via e-Mail to
sugireg@sas.com. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund.
There will be no refunds honored for the Optional Extra Fee Events after
March 28. This includes Meal purchases, and all seminars and tutorials.
If you are unable to attend, another person from your organization can
attend in your place, with no additional fees. Please send a written statement
with substitution details including the name, title, company and contact
information to the e-Mail address above.
