SUGI 30 has reserved rooms at the following Philadelphia hotels for SUGI attendees. All the hotels are
conveniently located near the Pennsylvania Convention Center with the Philadelphia Marriott Hotel connected by a skybridge.
Changes, Cancellations or New Reservations
For changes or cancellations to existing reservations made through the
ConferenceDirect Housing Bureau, or to make new reservations, please contact
each hotel directly using the phone numbers listed below. When securing new
reservations, please identify that you are attending the SAS Users Group
International Annual Conference.

Note, if canceling reservations made originally through the
ConferenceDirect Housing Bureau, a $25 processing fee will apply for each
cancellation. Additional fees will also apply based on each hotel's
Cancellation Policy or in the event of no-shows.

- Cancellation notice received after 6pm of arrival date will be charged one night's room and tax.

- Cancellation notice received less than 48 hours of arrival date will be charged one night's room and tax.
Special Requests
Special requests (other than disability-related services) cannot be guaranteed. However, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
Deposits
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
