Requesting Services for US Users Groups

Support for U.S. in-house, local, special-interest, and regional SAS users groups can be arranged by working with the appropriate User Group Support Staff. Support for Canadian SAS users groups is available from the SAS Canadian Headquarters in Toronto, Ontario.

* Please use the Request Form to request all support services from SAS (registered groups only).

Users Group Support Staff

Users Group Liaisons at the SAS Cary, NC headquarters manage support for all users groups in the United States. Your UG liaison is your primary contact at SAS; please direct all requests for support to your UG liaison. Offers for support from SAS cannot be extended by anyone other than SAS UG liaisons in Cary. SAS staff in regional sales and training offices are not authorized to provide services directly to SAS users groups.
