What are Regional SAS Users Groups?

Regional users groups (RUGs) provide an intermediate level of users support, often broader than local or in-house groups, but narrower than SAS Global Forum.

RUGs may be composed of several local, in-house, and/or special-interest groups; covering broad territories which generally include several states or Canadian provinces. Each regional group determines the services it will offer and the frequency, length, and agenda of its' meetings.
