Early Bird Discount: A 10-percent discount on the public course fee is available if you register and pay at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of a scheduled course. To take advantage of this discount, you can register by phone or by mail and must provide payment at least four weeks prior to the course start date.

Academic Computing Customers: Faculty, staff, and full-time students of post-secondary degree-granting institutions qualify for a 50-percent discount on public courses held at U.S. regional training centers. To register and take advantage of this discount, you must send payment or purchase order with a registration form and include proof of your affiliation with a post-secondary degree-granting institution prior to the course start date. Enterprise Public Training Offer: Organizations have a unique opportunity to purchase 30, 60, or 90 days of public training at a substantial savings over the standard fees.
Additional Options: SAS offers a variety of other training options, including on-site instructor-based training and online training software, as well as consulting services.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the event for which you registered, please inform SAS as soon as possible. Fees are fully refundable if notification is received by phone, mail, or e-mail at least 8 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of an event; after that (7 calendar days or less), the full event fee will be charged. Substitutions (name changes) are accepted at any time prior to the course. Transfers are accepted up to 24 hours before the event start date with a maximum of one transfer allowed per original transaction.
