Six Sigma
Use Lean and Six Sigma techniques to remove defects, reduce work variation and eliminate non value-added work for breakthrough process improvements.
Lean Six Sigma training combines two of the most popular problem solving methodologies. Lean methodology emphasizes identifying and removing non-value added work from processes. Six Sigma methodology emphasizes breakthrough improvement projects that focus on removing defects from the process through a reduction in variability and/or shifting the mean of the process. This training provides more than the typical Lean Six Sigma Green Belt because project leadership skills are also taught to enable the attendee to lead any project, regardless of the methodology that is used. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader is the first step for those who may be interested in becoming a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
