Hard copy course notes

Have your hard copy course notes shipped to you prior to your next Live Web class!

Students attending Live Web classes will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to download and print the course materials. In addition to the download, students may order a bound copy of the Live Web course materials.

Shipping options and fees

  • Ground shipping - $30 or 0.08 EPTO units
  • Two-day shipping - $35 or 0.09 EPTO units
  • One-day shipping - $40 or 0.10 EPTO units

Details

  • Flat fee for shipping hard copy course notes is determined by shipping method selected at time of registration.
  • Payments accepted include credit card, check, EPTO or APTO units.
  • Course notes will be shipped via ground 2 weeks prior to the course start date. Customers who register less than 2 weeks before the course will have the option to expedite their materials for an additional fee. (See above Shipping options and fees)
  • Course notes will not be shipped for Taste of Live Web courses, webinars, and test teaches. In addition, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to customers located outside the United States.
  • If a customer cancels the course after the materials have been shipped, they will be refunded for the course fee minus $100 for the course notes and shipping and handling.

Return Policy

Please note that if you cancel your registration in a SAS Live Web class after the course materials have been shipped, SAS Education will refund the course fee minus $100 for the course notes plus shipping and handling. If you return the course notes within 30 days of the course date, we will refund $100 for the course notes. Shipping charges are not refundable. You may return the course notes to us at

Please enclose the initial packing slip in your return shipment to facilitate refund processing. To ensure your merchandise returns to us safely, use a sturdy carton, and ship via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

If the original invoice was paid by credit card or EPTO units, credit will be issued to the respective credit card or EPTO account. Please allow approximately 30 days from the date SAS receives your return for credit to be issued.
