Before training begins, initial meetings are conducted to plan out specific needs and to focus plans on broader corporate objectives. The same team of experts continues support beyond the training phase, ensuring the alignment of all projects to corporate goals and the sustainability of process improvements.Consulting and mentoring services are offered in addition to or independent of our training services. If after attending a course, you need additional support, our Six Sigma instructors can provide technical advice to help you apply what you learned to your unique business environment.
