Lean Methods for Performance Excellence
Duration: 2.0 days CEU: 1.2
This course focuses on lean methods for achieving excellence in product, service, and process performance. This course is written in support of all areas of business and or transactional processes, product design, development, and manufacturing and related infrastructure support groups. Lean methods for performance excellence covers th specific philosophies, concepts, and tools related to achieving breakthroughs in cycle time, speed, and waste elimination.
Who should attend
It is assumed participants will come from all organizations and will be working on a variety of projects across the company.
