This course provides an introduction to SAS IT Resource Management 3.1. The course uses SAS IT Resource Management to build and maintain an IT data mart and explores the use of this solution to create the jobs that extract, transform, load, and summarize IT performance and usage data. SAS Enterprise Intelligence is used to create and deliver reports from the IT data mart.
