This workshop provides a hands-on experience using SAS Enterprise Miner 5. Participants create and profile customer segments; create several candidate predictive models and evaluate and compare models on holdout data; and score new data using the formula for a best model.

No SAS experience or programming experience is required, although you should have some computer experience.
