Prerequisites

Before attending this course, you should

be familiar with the concepts of capacity planning and the platforms on which you will be working, as well as with the resources and data at your site
have completed the SAS Programming I: Essentials and Querying and Reporting Using SAS Enterprise Guide courses or have equivalent experience.

Knowledge of and experience with SAS ITRM software (or a similar SAS based IT solution) is preferred.
