A few of the courses I teach:
Languages spoken: English, French (a little)
Do you have any hobbies, favorite activities or hidden talents? I like flying kites. I collect coins. I am the Head Non-Skating Official for the Carolina Rollergirls, flat-track rollerderby team.
What is your favorite place or dream vacation destination? I always enjoy visiting amusement parks. My goal is to someday visit Cedar Point.
Do you have a favorite memory of teaching a SAS class? My favorite memory happened just recently. It was the first time that I had a returning student in a class that I had previously taught. It was great hearing them share how the first class had helped them.
Are you passionate about a particular sports team? Going to Elon for my undergraduate studies kept me out of the typical UNC-NCSU-DUKE argument. But my loyalty is now brightly shining red. I also enjoy going to Carolina Hurricanes games.
What students are saying:
Danny is very entertaining and keeps the class engaged while going through a lot of information.
A great instructor - the best instructor I have ever had from any training I have taken thus far (technical or otherwise).
His teaching style, methods etc. are friendly, non-intimidating and strives hard for his students to understand the concepts.
