New Features in Statistical Graphics Procedures and Graph Template Language

This course is for SAS programmers who use graphs to analyze and present the results of their analysis. These users need to visualize the raw data before starting the analysis. They also need to present the results of the analysis using graphs and tables. This course will create real world examples using key features of the SG Procedures and the Graph Template Language. This course will explore the new graph features added in SAS 9.3 that make creating graphs easier.

Learn how to create graphs for analysis of data using the most appropriate software. You will learn how to

  • use the SG procedures to create commonly used graphs for data analysis and how to create complex graphs using GTL.
  • combine graphs and statistics in the same display and you will learn about new graph features in SAS 9.3 such as cluster grouping, attribute maps, annotation and new statements like highlow, bubble, and more. All this will be demonstrated using graphs commonly used in the Health and Life Sciences industry.

Who should attend

The business and clinical analyst who has a need to visualize data and to create custom graphs from the results of data analysis
