Absolutely wonderful. Explains things clearly, always answers questions well, goes at an appropriate speed through easier and more difficult material.
Karen was a phenomenal facilitator who has a comprehensive and clear understanding of SAS. She was a very good trainer who was engaging and also very open to questions and was more than able to clarify any confusion that I had regarding SAS and any SAS programming.
Her energy and enthusiasm for SAS was contagious. I found being in the classroom with her to be a very engaging and inspiring experience.
