Bill is great, very articulate, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable! He knows SAS inside and out, and took extra efforts to tailor it to our needs and explain best practices.
Mr. Powers was excellent. I'm not as familiar with SAS as some of the people in the class since I don't use it on an everyday basis but he made the information understandable and relatable.
Excellent instructor, probably ranks as one of the best I've has since I've been using SAS. Provided real world problems and solutions. He had a very good delivery and a very good understanding of the material and how to teach it. Enjoyed the class very much.
