What students are saying:

Jackie did an excellent job of teaching the material. She gave each of us personal attention during the exercises.
Jackie is an incredible instructor! I thought she was energetic, friendly, informative, and funny. I thought the analogies she used during class were very helpful. I would be glad to take any course with her in the future.
Jackie excels as a web classroom instructor. I think she's the best I've ever encountered. (I've taken about a dozen Coursera classes over the past few years and made use of other online learning resources, internal and external.)
