What students are saying:

Michele did a wonderful job of presenting the material and also keeping the course upbeat and interesting. She kept the course flow on track and made the day go by quickly. She's an instructor that I would enjoying having again in the future.
Michele obviously has a lot of experience with SAS and SAS/GRAPH. She did a wonderful job of explaining GRAPH in terms we could understand. The pace was very good, and she definitely went over all the important details without overdoing it. She also responded promptly to questions that I sent over email.
As always, Michele went above and beyond to prepare a curriculum that delivered on everything we asked for and more. She is very knowledgeable and was quick to share her expertise, which will enable us to make great strides in how we develop our reports from here on out.
