Professional experience:
Ron Coleman is on the Platform Administration team at SAS. He has been with SAS for 12 years but has been using SAS for over 25 years. He was a private consultant for 5 years before joining SAS and spent the first 7 years with SAS as a consultant working closely with customers to complete their projects. With experience in many different industries, Ron focused most of his work on processing data and has always stated, 85% of analysis is getting your data ready to analyze. He spent 4 years on the SAS Customer Loyalty team helping customers in the areas of installation guidance, system configuration (metadata), and system/code performance. In addition to working directly with customers he has also given numerous presentations to local, regional, and international SAS user conferences since 1991.
