What students are saying:

His depth and breadth of knowledge was obvious and helpful in assisting students to understand the topics.
Ron is an excellent instructor who clearly has a strong grasp on the content he is teaching. He went out of his way to answer questions and created a learning environment that promoted asking questions and finding answers. Throughout the course I was consistently amazed time and time again about the depth of his understanding about SAS and how to use SAS to solve data issues.
This is the best class I have taken through SAS. I hope a class is offered based on the Collection of Popular Programming Task book as well.

What is your favorite training course and why?
SAS Functions by Example. Because almost all of the students learn about new functions that make them better programmers. I enjoy when students say wow I didn't know SAS could do that!

What is the best part about teaching?
I think SAS is such a terrific language and I enjoy helping students to be better programmers. I also enjoy traveling to different SAS offices and seeking out great restaurants.

Do you have any hobbies, favorite activities, or hidden talents?
I love to ride my bicycle in the Texas Hill Country and in the rural area of NJ when we still have a house. I also enjoy reading and playing the piano.

If you could share a meal with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?
My wife because she enjoys my company and my cooking.

What is your favorite movie, book, artist, or musician?
For books, I would say Nelson Demille's Plum Island. For music, my tastes go to Bach, Mozart, Brahms, and many others.
