If for any reason you're not satisfied with your training experience, let us know within 60 days and we'll offer you another class or refund your initial course fee. Guaranteed to Run ProgramAt SAS Education your learning is our top priority. As part of our commitment to growing your SAS knowledge, we guarantee to run any course that has at least one student registered four weeks prior to the course start date.* Courses included in this program will have the program icon included on the course outline page.* Valid only for courses offered in the United States. SAS reserves the right to cancel a course within the 4 week period prior to the course start date if customer enrollment drops to zero. Due to contractual relationships, courses within the Business Knowledge Series and Six Sigma curricula are not included. In addition, this guarantee does not apply to delays and/or cancellations beyond SAS' control, including but not limited to, illness, transportation delays, fires, floods, labor disputes, casualty, riots, wars, governmental regulations or controls, materials shortages, or acts of God. |
