Course Schedule and Location Information
Class Info
You can check in and pick up your course materials beginning at 8:30 am. Classes start at 9 am and end by 4 or 5 pm each day.- Photo ID: For security purposes, please be prepared to show a photo ID. You may have to check in at the security desk in the building lobby before proceeding to the SAS training facility.
- No recording devices: Recording devices, including video and audio, are not permitted in the classroom.
- Cell phones: Students are asked to turn cell phones and pagers off or to set them to vibrate.
- Courtesy phones: Training Center phones are available as a courtesy for our students. Please be considerate and limit your calls to approximately 5 minutes.
- Children/guests: Attendees are not allowed to have children or guests accompany them in the training center.
- Room temperature: Classroom temperatures do fluctuate. Please bring a light jacket or sweater to ensure your comfort level.
SAS is a tobacco-free company
Smoking or the use of smokeless tobacco products is prohibited in SAS buildings, in company or personal vehicles, or anywhere on the SAS World Headquarters campus.Meals
A continental breakfast is provided each day as part of the course fee. Classes will break for lunch around 12 noon; however, lunch is not provided.Emergencies
In case of emergency, your family or coworkers can leave you a message during class hours by calling the Training Center Coordinator at 206-682-6084.In case of inclement weather, please call ahead for information on delayed openings or cancellations.
Directions
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the SAS training course. The recommended hotels are only a short walk to our training center.Parking is available at the Convention Center, which is connected to the training center. If you are in by 9am and out by 6pm, the rate is $14/day.
heading west on I-90
- take the I-5 northbound exit
- take the Madison Street exit and turn left (this puts you on Madison)
- turn right at the light (6th Ave)
- Two Union Square is located on the right at the intersection of 6th and
Union. (Sheraton Hotel will be just on the other side of Union St on the right.)
Convention Center Parking- Turn right on 6th Ave
- Go down to Pike St and turn right
- Go to 8th and turn right
- Go up the hill/tunnel. Right before you get to the crest of the hill, the parking garage will be on your left.
- Take the Seneca Street Exit (on the left side of the freeway)
- At the stop light turn right
- Two Union Square is located off 6th Ave and Union St
Convention Center Parking- From I-5 South take the Seneca St exit and turn right at the light
- Go down to Pike St and turn right
- Go to 8th and turn right
- Go up the hill/tunnel. Right before you get to the crest of the hill, the parking garage will be on your left.
- Take the Union Street Exit. (this will wrap around and go under I-5, and when you come out of the tunnel the second light is 6th Avenue)
- Two Union Square will be on the left
Convention Center Parking- From I-5 South take the Union St exit
- Turn right on 6th Ave
- Go down to Pike St and turn right
- Go to 8th and turn right
- Go up the hill/tunnel. Right before you get to the crest of the hill,the parking garage will be on your left.
