Course Schedule and Location Information

Class Info

When you attend a class in one of our training centers, you can check in and pick up your course materials beginning at 8:30am. Classes start at 9am and end by 4 or 5pm each day. If the schedule is different, it will be noted on the Web as well as in your confirmation email.
  • Photo ID: For security purposes, please be prepared to show a photo ID. You may have to check in at the security desk in the building lobby before proceeding to the SAS training facility.
  • No recording devices: Recording devices, including video and audio, are not permitted in the classroom.
  • Cell phones: Students are asked to turn cell phones and pagers off or to set them to vibrate.
  • Courtesy phones: Training Center phones are available as a courtesy for our students. Please be considerate and limit your calls to approximately 5 minutes.
  • Children/guests: Attendees are not allowed to have children or guests accompany them in the training center.
  • Room temperature: Classroom temperatures do fluctuate. Please bring a light jacket or sweater to ensure your comfort level.

SAS is a tobacco-free company

Smoking or the use of smokeless tobacco products is prohibited in SAS buildings, in company or personal vehicles, or anywhere on the SAS World Headquarters campus.

Meals

A continental breakfast is provided each day as part of the course fee. Classes will break for lunch around 12 noon; however, lunch is not provided.

Emergencies

In case of emergency, your family or coworkers can leave you a message during class hours by calling the Training Center Coordinator at 602-265-1616, extension 221.

In case of inclement weather, please call ahead for information on delayed openings or cancellations.

Directions

You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the SAS training course.

Parking is available for $2.75 a day (exact change required) at the U.S. Parking Lot, located across the street from the Phoenix Plaza at Thomas Road (approximately 1/4 block East of Central Avenue) on the South side of the street, behind the Northwest Financial Building across the alley. The parking lot faces the drive into the Hilton Suites Hotel and the Phoenix Plaza. SAS is located in Plaza One, Suite 1750.

From Sky Harbor Airport:
  • Exit Sky Harbor Airport on the west side.
  • Take Hwy I-10 West ramp towards Central Phoenix/AZ-51 Squaw Peak Parkway.
  • Merge onto I-10 West.
  • Take the 7th Street Exit; keep right at the fork in the road.
  • Take 7th Street north.
  • Turn left on East Thomas Road. The Phoenix Plaza is on the north-east corner of Thomas and Central.
  • Please park in the lot directly across from the Phoenix Plaza on Thomas Road ($2.50/day).
