Course Schedule and Location Information

Class Info

When you attend a class in one of our training centers, you can check in and pick up your course materials beginning at 8:30am. Classes start at 9am and end by 4 or 5pm each day. If the schedule is different, it will be noted on the Web as well as in your confirmation email.
  • Photo ID: For security purposes, please be prepared to show a photo ID. You may have to check in at the security desk in the building lobby before proceeding to the SAS training facility.
  • No recording devices: Recording devices, including video and audio, are not permitted in the classroom.
  • Cell phones: Students are asked to turn cell phones and pagers off or to set them to vibrate.
  • Courtesy phones: Training Center phones are available as a courtesy for our students. Please be considerate and limit your calls to approximately 5 minutes.
  • Children/guests: Attendees are not allowed to have children or guests accompany them in the training center.
  • Room temperature: Classroom temperatures do fluctuate. Please bring a light jacket or sweater to ensure your comfort level.

SAS is a tobacco-free company

Smoking or the use of smokeless tobacco products is prohibited in SAS buildings, in company or personal vehicles, or anywhere on the SAS World Headquarters campus.

Meals

A continental breakfast is provided each day as part of the course fee. Classes will break for lunch around 12 noon; however, lunch is not provided.

Emergencies

In case of emergency, your family or coworkers can leave you a message during class hours by calling 281-589-1400.

In case of inclement weather, please call ahead for information on delayed openings or cancellations.

Directions

You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the SAS training course. The Metro 25 Richmond/Northline bus line stops directly in front of the building every 20 minutes during rush hours (7-9AM and 5-7PM) and every 30 minutes at other times.

From Houston Intercontinental Airport
  • Exit the airport on J.F.K. Blvd.
  • Go to Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Tollway) and turn right (West).
  • Travel West on Beltway 8 for approximately 40 minutes.
  • You will pass through three $1 toll booths.
  • You will cross over Interstate 45, Highway 290 and Interstate 10.
  • The second exit after Interstate 10 is Westheimer / Richmond.
  • Take this exit turning right (West) on Westheimer.
  • You will go approximately 1 mile and turn left (South) onto Wilcrest.
  • Turn right (West) onto Richmond.
  • Building is about half a block on the right.
From Hobby Airport
  • Exit the airport taking Telephone Rd. (35) South.
  • Go to Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Tollway) and turn right (West) onto the Beltway.
  • Travel West on the beltway for approximately 30 minutes.
  • You will cross over Highway 288 and the Southwest Freeway (59).
  • Pass the Richmond exit and get off on the Westheimer exit.
  • Turn left (West) at the light.
  • You will go approximately 1 mile and turn left (South) onto Wilcrest.
  • Turn right (West) onto Richmond.
  • Building is about half a block on the right.
