Course Schedule and Location InformationClass InfoWhen you attend a class in one of our training centers, you can check in and pick up your course materials beginning at 8:30am. Classes start at 9am and end by 4 or 5pm each day. If the schedule is different, it will be noted on the Web as well as in your confirmation email.
SAS is a tobacco-free companySmoking or the use of smokeless tobacco products is prohibited in SAS buildings, in company or personal vehicles, or anywhere on the SAS World Headquarters campus.MealsA continental breakfast is provided each day as part of the course fee. Classes will break for lunch around 12 noon; however, lunch is not provided.EmergenciesIn case of emergency, your family or coworkers can leave you a message during class hours by calling the Training Center Coordinator at 312-819-6800.In case of inclement weather, please call ahead for information on delayed openings or cancellations. DirectionsYou are responsible for your own transportation to and from the SAS training course.Continental Airport Express (1-888-2THE-VAN) provides transportation to and from O'Hare and Midway every 5-10 minutes to our recommended hotels. From O'Hare it departs at the lower level terminals 1, 2, 3 (near baggage claim area). From Midway, it departs across from the Southwest Airlines baggage claim area. The cost is $25 one-way or $48 round-trip from either airport. If you are driving, the nearest parking facilities to our training center are the North Lot of Grant Park, located at Monroe and Michigan, and the Prudential Plaza garage.
Note: In the wake of the national tragedy, our building
(Prudential Tower) in Chicago has heightened its security procedures.
All guests at the Tower must check in with security before gaining access
to the elevators.

Once you check in for class, you may purchase bus passes for $1.25 each way for direct transportation to and from Union Station, Ogilivie Transportation (formerly Northwestern) Station, and LaSalle St. Station. See more information about exact pick-up and drop-off locations. Subway/"EL": To the SAS Chicago office from Midway airport: Take the Orange Line train that originates at Midway airport. Get off at the Randolph St Exit. Walk 1 block east on Randolph toward Michigan Ave. Cross Michigan Ave. The Prudential building is on the left and can be entered from Randolph St. To the SAS Chicago office from O'Hare airport: Take the Blue Line train that originates at O'Hare airport. Get off at the Washington St Exit. Walk 3 blocks east on Washington toward Michigan Ave. Turn left (North) on Michigan avenue and walk 1 block. Turn right (East) on Randolph. The Prudential building is on the left and can be entered from Randolph St. Other locations: Red line: Get off at the Washington St Exit. Walk 2 blocks east on Washington toward Michigan Ave. Turn left (North) on Michigan avenue and walk 1 block. Turn right (East) on Randolph. The Prudential building is on the left and can be entered from Randolph St. Brown, Purple, Orange, or Green line: Get off at the Randolph St Exit. Walk 1 block east on Randolph toward Michigan Ave. Cross Michigan Ave. The Prudential building is on the left and can be entered from Randolph St. Blue line: Get off at the Washington St Exit. Walk 3 blocks east on Washington toward Michigan Ave. Turn left (North) on Michigan avenue and walk 1 block. Turn right (East) on Randolph. The Prudential building is on the left and can be entered from Randolph St. NOTE: When entering the Prudential Building from Randolph St, take the escalators up 1 level to the main lobby.
