Course Schedule and Location Information

Class Info

You can check in and pick up your course materials beginning at 8:30 am. Classes start at 9 am and end by 4 or 5 pm each day.

Photo ID: For security purposes, please be prepared to show a photo ID. You may have to check in at the security desk in the building lobby before proceeding to the SAS training facility.
No recording devices: Recording devices, including video and audio, are not permitted in the classroom.
Cell phones: Students are asked to turn cell phones and pagers off or to set them to vibrate.
Courtesy phones: Training Center phones are available as a courtesy for our students. Please be considerate and limit your calls to approximately 5 minutes.
Children/guests: Attendees are not allowed to have children or guests accompany them in the training center.
Room temperature: Classroom temperatures do fluctuate. Please bring a light jacket or sweater to ensure your comfort level.

SAS is a tobacco-free company

Smoking or the use of smokeless tobacco products is prohibited in SAS buildings, in company or personal vehicles, or anywhere on the SAS World Headquarters campus.

Meals

A continental breakfast and lunch are provided each day as part of the public course fee; excludes on-site courses. On-site courses include a continental breakfast; however, lunch can be provided for an extra fee (please contact your sales representative for more information).

Emergencies

In case of emergency, your family or coworkers can leave you a message during class hours by calling the Training Center Coordinator at 919-531-1515.

In case of inclement weather, please call ahead for information on delayed openings or cancellations.

Directions

Most recommended hotels provide transportation to and from the airport. You should call the hotel to arrange this transportation. Courtesy phones are located in each airport terminal.

The Umstead Hotel and Spa (located in the front of SAS campus) is within walking distance and will also provide towncar transportation to and from the SAS course. Please make arrangements with the Bell Captain at the hotel.

The Embassy Suites Hotel in Cary (located across the main road from the SAS campus) will provide transportation to and from the SAS course; however, you will need to make the arrangements with the Bell Captain at the hotel.

Student parking is directly behind Building F on the SAS campus. Overflow parking is available in front of Building H (across SAS Campus Drive).
