Course Schedule and Location Information

Class Info

When you attend a class in one of our training centers, you can check in and pick up your course materials beginning at 8:30am. Classes start at 9am and end by 4 or 5pm each day. If the schedule is different, it will be noted on the Web as well as in your confirmation email.

Photo ID: For security purposes, please be prepared to show a photo ID. You may have to check in at the security desk in the building lobby before proceeding to the SAS training facility.
No recording devices: Recording devices, including video and audio, are not permitted in the classroom.
Cell phones: Students are asked to turn cell phones and pagers off or to set them to vibrate.
Courtesy phones: Training Center phones are available as a courtesy for our students. Please be considerate and limit your calls to approximately 5 minutes.
Children/guests: Attendees are not allowed to have children or guests accompany them in the training center.
Room temperature: Classroom temperatures do fluctuate. Please bring a light jacket or sweater to ensure your comfort level.

SAS is a tobacco-free company

Smoking or the use of smokeless tobacco products is prohibited in SAS buildings, in company or personal vehicles, or anywhere on the SAS World Headquarters campus.

Meals

A continental breakfast is provided each day as part of the course fee. Classes will break for lunch around 12 noon; however, lunch is not provided.

Emergencies

In case of emergency, your family or coworkers can leave you a message during class hours by calling the Training Center Coordinator at 404-814-2560, ext 55425.

In case of inclement weather, please call ahead for information on delayed openings or cancellations.

Directions

You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the SAS training course. MARTA (Atlanta's Rapid Rail System) can provide transportation to and from the airport.

The nearest parking facility is $10 per day (cash or credit card) and is located in the Atlanta Plaza. The four recommended hotels below also offer parking (may range from $20-$30 per day).

Directions from airport:
Follow the signs to I-85 north (Atlanta). Continue North on I-85 through downtown Atlanta (Interstates 75 and 85 merge). After passing through downtown I-85 will split to the left and continue north. After the split take the GA Highway 400 exit. Continue on GA 400 to the Lenox Road/Buckhead exit #2 (last exit before toll plaza). Turn right on Lenox Road. Continue on Lenox Road, go to the 3rd traffic light (including Peachtree Road light). JW Marriott Hotel will be on the right, Houston's Restaurant will be on the left. Turn left onto East Paces Ferry Road. Take the next left onto Oak Valley Road. Atlanta Plaza will be on the right. Turn right into parking garage. Parking is $10 per day (cash or credit card). Note: You cannot reach East Paces Ferry Road from West Paces Ferry Road.

Directions from I-85 south:
I-85 south to the Lenox/Cheshire Bridge exit. Turn right off the exit onto Lenox Road. Take Lenox Road for approximately 1½ miles to East Paces Ferry Road. Turn right onto East Paces Ferry Road and then take the first left onto Oak Valley Road. Atlanta Plaza will be on the right. Turn right into parking garage. Parking is $10 per day (cash or credit card).

MARTA (Atlanta's Rapid Rail System):
Atlanta Plaza is across the street from the Lenox MARTA station (NE7). Follow the signs to MARTA parking/Kiss Ride. Take the train heading to Doraville and get off at Lenox Station. The fare is $2; a token machine is available. A covered walkway to the building is located at the north end of the platform.
