Purchasing instructions and guidelines

To purchase EPTO units, complete the online enrollment form or print and FAX the completed enrollment form (.pdf). Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an account code to use when registering for courses or events.

When using EPTO units, no other discounts are applicable. The EPTO offer applies only to eligible training services scheduled in the U.S. EPTO units can be used for 18 months from the date of purchase. Read the complete EPTO guidelines for more details.
