This course teaches you how to build or maintain a performance data warehouse (PDB) and produce a Web gallery of production reports using SAS IT Resource Management software.

Learn how to

understand the architecture and data flow of SAS IT Resource Management and the structure of a PDB
create, customize, and load data into a PDB interactively and in batch mode
use macros to generate reports in batch mode
build a Web gallery for reports.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, you should identify the IT services that your enterprise wants to analyze as well as your enterprise's sources of data (such as logs) about these services. You should also have knowledge of your native operating system environment and data sources. In addition, you should have completed

the SAS IT Resource Management: Interactive Reporting course
the SAS Programming I: Essentials course or have equivalent SAS programming experience.

No prior knowledge of data warehousing is required.
