This course covers the most fundamental skills needed to make an ABC project successful in a public sector organization. Users also learn how to validate the data that becomes part of the model and will be able to create a range of standard reports.

Learn how to

plan an ABC model’s structure prior to building a model in the software
interactively build and expand an ABC model
assign costs based on consumption
use reports to validate the model and meet project goals and objectives.

All participants in an ABC modeling project, that is, executives who will use the reports, ABC model designers and builders, ABM pioneers in an organization who need to communicate results and methods, and model-sustaining personnel who will update model data periodically
