Over the last six years, her company, Emma Warrillow & Associates Inc., has been the architect of custom-built programs for financial, business services, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, technology and publishing companies as well as government and not-for-profit organizations.
With a Masters degree in Management Sciences and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Statistics, Emma is uniquely qualified to understand the analytics and business of customer relationship strategies.
As an educator, she has developed and delivered courses for Direct Marketing News, DMAT and Canada Post, as well as custom courses for numerous clients. She served on the faculty at George Brown College and is highly sought after as a trainer.
Emma has worked in both the corporate and consulting side of customer management for fifteen years. Through Emma Warrillow & Associates Inc., she plans and builds strategies that capture a greater share of customer. She also evaluates, trains and mentors internal resources so that clients may manage their customer programmes in-house.
