Global Btree Modify key= and pass-through joins may return too few rows

On Win/NT systems only, the modify key= and pass-through joins that use global B-trees may return too few rows if more than one row has the same key value. The rows that contain the duplicate keys may not all be correctly returned. This has been fixed in Scalable Performance Data Server Version 2.1 TS015 Maintenance 99.05.01.
