Cross Conversation Failed in OS2 DOMAIN SERVER Inbound TCP Outbound APPC

When using the DOMAIN SERVER on an OS/2 platform with inbound
TCPIP and outbound APPC communication protocols there is a
limit reached when populating a SAS dataset on the remote
host in a SAS/CONNECT session.
The following error is seen in client SAS log:
ERROR : Unable to communicate with server <server> due to earlier
communication error. Error may reoccur on subsequent requests.
The following error is seen in the DOMAIN SERVER log:
cross conversation failed for user <xyz> for destination <abc>
To correct the problem for OS/2 DOMAIN Server download ud846.zip
from ftp.sas.com/download/connect
Contact Technical Support for fix for NT DOMAIN Server.
