V6-DECNET-D805 Pathworks32 support with Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 95

In order to use SAS/CONNECT's DECNET access method with Pathworks32 software on the WindowsNT or Windows95 platform (client-side support only), an updated SAS module (SASVNDEC.DLL) should be obtained from SAS Institute's Anonymous FTP site:

    ftp.sas.com/techsup/download/connect/ud805.zip 

Without the updated module you may receive:

    Unknown exception in SASVNDEC
    Severe error occurred at xxxxxx

On Windows95, in addition to the updated SASVNDEC.DLL module, you must obtain and install Winsock 2.0 for Win95 (now production from Microsoft).
