V6-NLIN-D210 PROC NLIN may not work correctly with BY groups and G4 and G4SINGULAR

PROC NLIN may not evaluate BY groups correctly when using the G4 or G4SINGULAR inverse. When doing BY group processing in PROC NLIN and using the G4 or G4SINGULAR inverse where the model has reported to converge, any further processing of the BY groups will ignore the G4 or G4SINGULAR inverse and those BY groups may fail to converge.

To circumvent the problem, submit each of the BY groups in a separate PROC NLIN.
