Cannot change missing value representation once one is entered
|
In the VIEWTABLE window or with the Data Table or Data Form objects
within a SAS/AF FRAME entry, you cannot change to another missing value
representation once one has been entered.
For example, you may be using special missing values A, B, and C to
denote different missing values for a numeric column. If you type A in
the numeric column and press ENTER, the A should remain. But if you
then type a B in the same column and press ENTER, the B will be removed
and A will display again.
To circumvent the problem, type a non-missing value in the field and
press ENTER. Then you can type in whichever missing value
representation you need.
