V6-OPERATE-D004 Unknown exception 80000602 when stopping a SHARE*NET library

The Windows NT secured SAS SHARE*Net server that makes use of the TCP/IP access method may experience the following error:

     ERROR:  Unknown exception (80000602)
     A severe error occurred in task OPERATE for module SASYHRMT
     executing in module SASYHRMT at address 00038AC3.
     ERROR:  attempt to communicate with server xxxx refused by server.

The Windows NT secured SAS SHARE*Net server will experience this error when an ODBC client is attached to a shared SAS library and the library is stopped by way of the PROC OPERATE STOP LIBRARY command.
