ERROR: Network request failed (rc 0x3f) using DECnet under NT

The following error may be encountered using SAS/CONNECT's DECnet
access method under Windows NT:
ERROR: Network request failed (rc 0x3f) - Error number 0x3f27
occured
ERROR: Remote signon to xxx cancelled
This problem has been encountered using DEC Pathworks V4.1B under Windows NT 4.0. This has not been seen under Windows NT 3.51.
This appears to be a problem in the Pathworks software and the vendor has been contacted.
