DESCENDING order for character variable may fail for MULTI object
|
If you edit your Multidimensional Report object in SAS/EIS Software and
select APPEARANCE and select a character hierarchy variable and specify
DESCENDING for sort order, then the values may not be sorted properly.
This will occur for either the ACROSS or DOWN dimension. The same
problem will occur if you select APPEARANCE at execution time and changethe sort order to DESCENDING.
