SCL SORT function fails if option list begins with a blank space


If the first character of the option list for the SCL SORT function is ablank space instead of a forward slash (/), you may receive the following error along with a return code of 70:

     Error:  Variable is not defined or does not exist.

As documented on page 335 of SAS Screen Control Language, Reference, Version 6, First Edition, the first character in the list of options must be a forward slash (/).
