S0C4 in function YHROPL5 using TCPIP with PROC OPERATE STOP LIBRARY

MVS SHARE*Net servers that make use of the TCP/IP access method may experience a S0C4 abend in YHROPL5.
The MVS SHARE*Net server will experience this S0C4 abend when an ODBC
client on a PC is attached to a shared SAS library and the library is
stopped by way of the PROC OPERATE STOP LIBRARY command.
This problem is corrected at TSLEVEL 460 of Release 6.09E and beyond.
