NOTE: Means are unadjusted... triggered incorrectly in PROC ANOVA

NOTE: Means from the MEANS statement are not adjusted for other
terms in the model. For the adjusted means, use the LSMEANS statement.
This note is printed any time a MEANS statement is encountered in PROC
ANOVA or PROC GLM. It should only be printed for PROC GLM, since PROC
ANOVA does not recognize a LSMEANS statement. It should only be printedif there is more than one effect on the MODEL statement.
